Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between School of Economics, UEH College of Economics, Law and Government and Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Company Limited

On the morning of November 6, 2023, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the School of Economics, UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CELG - UEH) and Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Company Limited took place solemnly at Campus B - 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Company Limited, were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director; Mr. Dang Minh Dung - Sales Director of the Central region and Ms. Vo Thi Mai Thanh - Sales Director of Binh Duong. On the side of the School of Economics, CELG - UEH; the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Khanh Nam - Vice Head of CELG - UEH; Dr. Thai Tri Dung - Head of Human Resource Management (HRM); MSc. Vo Thanh Tam - Deputy Head of the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM); with staff of the School of Economics and students from the HUREA club.

Representing CELG UEH leadership, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Khanh Nam - Vice Head of CELG - UEH introduced the vision, mission, and core values of the School and thanked Nhan Kiet Co., Ltd. for facilitating CELG - UEH students to participate in the internship program at the company. He also expressed his desire to cooperate in future activities to support students to participate in the business semester and share professional skills.

Within the framework of the ceremony, Dr. Thai Tri Dung - Head of the Department of Human Resources Management introduced the future training and research orientation of the department and discussed with Nhan Kiet Co., Ltd. some areas of cooperation between the Department of Human Resources Management and the company's Human Resources Department. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Deputy General Director shared about areas where the two sides can cooperate, including supervising students to conduct business semesters, supporting the HUREA club in academic competitions, and sending human resources experts to share practical experiences and give feedback on applied training programs.

In the spirit of unity, the School of Economics, CELG - UEH and Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Company Limited officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the following contents:

  • Sending students to do internships and participate in business semesters;
  • Organizing professional seminars on human resource management;
  • Inviting experts from Nhan Kiet Company Limited to share topics on human resource management for students;
  • Cooperating in developing training and professional development programs;
  • The two sides coordinate to organize and exchange academics and send experienced experts to support training activities.
