Conference at UEH: Aspects of Corporate Governance: Experiences of Germany and Viet Nam

On April 3rd, 2013 at UEH, the Faculty of Business Law in cooperation with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation (Germany) held a conference on aspects of corporate governance to identify the demand and challenges in establishing standards of corporate governance.
Attendants of the conference include Associate Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trong Hoai (Vice-President), Associate Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Nghia (Dean, Faculty of Business Law), Prof. Kessler (Berlin Institute of Technology), Prof. Giessen (University of Giessen, Germany), faculty members of the Faculty of Law of Can Tho University, Da Lat University, UEH, and lawyers in HCMC.
