Summer Camp & Global Immersion Program 2023
Towards “Training Global Citizens – Sustainable Action”, contributing to 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Education Quality (SDG4.7) (UNESCO. 2019), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) cooperated with Padjadjaran University (Indonesia) to organize Summer Camp & Global Immersion Program 2023.
With the participation of 10 prestigious universities from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, and Germany. The Summer Camp & Global Immersion Program is the convergence of talented students from all over the world together to experience, learn and work in a multicultural environment. This will be an opportunity for students to improve their practical experience and then apply their acquired knowledge to solve real-world problems locally, especially in the creative city of Bandung, Indonesia.
Time and place: From August 6 to August 13, 2023, in Bandung City, Indonesia.
Number of UEH students participating: 25 students
Students will participate in activities including:
- Learning activities: include working on group projects, participating in seminars, and taking professional courses with international experts and lecturers.
- Extracurricular activities: Company visits, culture and art experiences, city tours, participating in fun activities, skills training, and exchanges.
Student activities from August 6th to August 13th, 2023
After completing the program, students will be granted a certificate and have the opportunity to continue to carry out research projects with international lecturers. Expenses during the study, including: meals, accommodation, travel insurance, uniforms, and transportation in Bandung, will be supported by UEH and Padjadjaran University.
Summer Camp & Global Immersion Program 2023 promises to be a meaningful and useful international playground to help UEH students enhance their critical thinking and skills, and become global citizens acting for sustainable development.
