2021 UEH VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR

"2021 UEH VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR" is a frequent activity that aims to orientate careers, cultivate practical integration skills for students, and is an opportunity to introduce young and potential human resources to businesses. After 22 times of organizing, this fair will bring practical values to students and young workers. At the same time, the fair is a prestigious activity in terms of scale, quality, and the number of students participating, providing an effective and high-quality labor force for businesses.

To support UEH students to have opportunities to access top employers, after a delay due to the Covid-19 epidemic, UEH officially restarted the "2021 UEH VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR" with an online platform.

Time:  25th and 26th December (Saturday and Sunday).

Workshop "Ways to become the best candidate"

• The secret to designing an impressive CV?
• How can students identify and approach prominent employers?
• The golden rule that prevents employers from rejecting your resume?
• How to practice confidence in job interviews?
• How to convince the employer that you are the most suitable candidate?

This workshop will help students know how to prepare applications, mentally prepare, and tips to surmount employers and become the perfect candidate in front of employers.

Workshop "Building a personal brand - The key to success for Gen Z"

• What is your personal brand?
• Why should we build a personal brand? How does your personal brand affect your career and future?
• How to make your personal brand different and outstanding?

This workshop will help you build your brand right, be different, stand out in the free-market economy, and overcome the limitations of media to win opportunities from the best employers.

Final Round of the contest "Conquer employers 2021"

After two exciting rounds with nearly 300 contestants, the 12 excellent candidates have appeared and competed in teams. In the final round, the candidates show their bravery and talents to conquer the strictest judges employers.

Talkshow "Generation Z - Successfully integrating into the labor market"

• A Portrait of Gen Z?
• What knowledge and skills does the school equip for you?
• What is the model of young workers that the enterprise wants?
• The knowledge and skills that the labor market needs?
• What should Gen Z prepare to integrate into the job market successfully?

The talkshow will help students connect with HR experts and CEOs to understand recruitment trends and the necessary skills to adapt to the labor market quickly.

Career counseling program, mock interview "Be confident in front of the Employer" with UEH lecturers and experts.

This activity aims to create opportunities for students to receive in-depth career advice and resolve anxiety before entering the important threshold of life. You can also experience recruitment interviews with UEH lecturers and experts. Through this activity, the students will be advised on interview skills to gain the necessary experience when attending the job interview.

English Zone activities: Experience in writing a CV and answering interviews in English

This activity aims to help students improve their English skills and experience interviewing foreign companies and multinational enterprises. Besides, students can also participate in mini-games and receive many attractive gifts from English Zone.

The participants will have the opportunity to receive more valuable gifts through lucky draws in 2021 UEH VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR. The organizers will soon reveal information about the event. Stay tuned!
