PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ADMISSIONS ELIGIBILITY
- Direct selection method according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
- Procedures for admission of candidates who have graduated from foreign high school programs and have international certificates.
A) For candidates with Vietnamese nationality, one of the following subjects:
1. Candidates holding one of the following international baccalaureate degrees/certificates:
- IB (International Baccalaureate) diploma with 26 points or more;
- International certificate of Cambridge University Examinations, UK (Cambridge International Examinations A-Level, UK; hereinafter referred to as A-Level certificate) from C to A
- Certificate of BTEC (Business&Technical Education Council, British Technical and Commercial Education Council) Level 3 Extended Diploma from C to A.
2. Candidates who have graduated from a foreign high school program and have one of the following certificates:
- IELTS Academic score of 6.0 or higher.
- TOEFL iBT certificate of 73 points or more.
- SAT certificate (Scholastic Assessment Test, USA) with 500 points or more on each test.
- ACT (American College Testing) certificate from 20 points (point scale 36) or higher.
B) For candidates with different nationalities from Vietnam and graduating from foreign high schools: University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. 30/2018/TT-BGDDT dated December 24, 2018 on the Regulation on management of foreigners studying in Vietnam
- Selection method for excellent students.
- Method of admission of the learning process by subject combination.
- The admission method is based on the results of the competency assessment exam of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, held in the first phase in 2022.
- Candidates who are admitted to UEH in the fields/specialties in Section 2, regardless of the method of matriculation and meet the English entry conditions for the high-quality Bachelor's program are specified at the Admission Portal: //tuyensinh.cixiu99.com/ or //tuyensinhdaihoc.cixiu99.com/

- In general: + Students with Lao or Cambodian nationality. + Graduated from high school or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by UEH. + GPA and equivalent results of the last year of high school from 6,5/10,0 (2,5/4,0). - Programs taught in Vietnamese: + Satisfy general and subject requirements. + Students who do not meet the proficiency of Vietnamese or do not study at UEH after the preparatory course will have to refund the Vietnamese language course fees. - Programs taught in English: + Satisfy general and subject requirements. + International English certificate equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or higher. - Consideration process: UEH considers academic achievements in high school from top to bottom until the quota of each scholarship level is met.
- Scholarship route (for students who achieved full and partial scholarships previously): + Year 1: General requirements are met. + From year 2: The scholarship is renewed as follows:
