1. Consulting on building strategies, policies and quality assurance plans in order to continuously improve the quality of training, scientific research and community service of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; monitoring and evaluating the implementation of UEH University’s quality assurance strategy and plan;
2. Consulting in terms of the application and the implementation of domestic and international quality assurance and quality assurance models; proposing mechanisms and policies to improve UEH internal quality assurance system and activities in order to develop UEH quality culture;
3. Consulting on building, amending, supplementing and adjusting internal regulations and guidelines on quality assurance in UEH University;
4. Consulting education quality accreditation at UEH educational institution level and training programs;
5. Approving the annual quality assurance plan and supervising the plan implementation as well as evaluating the performance results; evaluating the implementation of periodic reports regarding the self-assessment at the UEH educational institution level and the training program level by the specialized working groups and the Secretariat Unit;
6. Approving the quality improvement plan after self-assessment, external assessment and training programs; consulting concerning UEH development and training programs in accordance with the prestigious domestic and international quality assessment standards;
7. Advising the content regarding the organization of annual conferences on quality assurance in education major.
