- To develop a general training plan and teaching plan of all UEH training forms/levels.
- To be the focal point for developing teaching and learning timetables; to exam schedule for UEH training forms/levels through coordination with training management units.
- To coordinate with training management units in order to organize the recruitment of all UEH training forms/levels; in which, to be mainly responsible for the exam questions and examination organizing.
- To develop processes and regulations in the terms of training and testing plans.
- To coordinate with Faculties/ Departments to manage and to use the exam bank system for each module.
- To be the focal point for organizing end-of-course exams and final exams of all training forms/levels; to coordinate with the localities in National high-school enrollment upon being assigned by Ministry of Education and Training.
- To be the focal point to confirm the teaching hour volume for UEH teaching staff (including: full-time, part-time and visitor lecturers).
- To propose measures for development implementation with objective, advanced and appropriate exam forms that are most suitable to individual exam nature and module type.
- To organize exam marking accuracy assessment (when necessary), to receive the application and to mark the re-examination at the request of UEH learners.
- To plan, to organize and to manage lecture funds in the short-, medium- and long-term corresponding to UEH scale and training type.
- To coordinate the effective use of lecture halls and computer rooms for UEH scientific activities, training and short-term courses. To manage the leasing and lending activities of lecture halls.
- To coordinate UEH functional units to perform tasks arising during UEH’s.
- To manage human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.
- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
