- To organize and to manage UEH Office; to develop standards and norms for using equipment for working and teaching in accordance with UEH regulations; to manage the operation, maintenance, repair, technical infrastructure system: electricity, water supply and drainage system, telephone, sound system and so on to ensure UEH University’s operation.
- To be in charge of leasing facilities and equipment (in case of necessity) under the direction of UEH President.
- To plan and to organize the implementation of new construction, to expand, to renovate and to repair UEH facilities; to coordinate with UEH functional units in implementing investment project process regarding designing and bidding; to supervise construction, to check the final settlement volume of completed items and works and to keep records as prescribed; to carry out repairs of the assigned work items.
- To be responsible for the construction, repair, procurement, equipment, stationery, working tools, teaching, learning and fire protection equipment of UEH University; to manage the repair and to maintain office machinery and equipment; to supervise, to take over, to receive and to hand over and to check the volume of goods received and completed services; to complete the dossiers of request for payment, finalization and record keeping in accordance with the individual organization’s regulations; to implement the effective and economical use of assets, facilities, equipment and facilities for research, teaching, working, and learning. To manage asset from international cooperation projects within UEH University.
- To be the Standing member in Councils regarding the organization of asset inventory, asset and equipment liquidation on an annual basis in accordance with UEH regulations.
- To organize and to implement environmental sanitation at UEH University’s facilities in accordance with the assigned scope; to clean the working rooms of UEH University Council and UEH Board of Managers; to take care and to monitor green trees in the premises of assigned facilities; to organize the supervision and periodic inspection of the sanitary and aesthetic environment of the facilities of the University; to plan and to propose plans and solutions in order to ensure a green-clean-beautiful environment; to inspect and to supervise outsourcing cleaning services.
- To perform work in service of lecture halls and halls (including: opening and closing doors; arranging teaching equipment; tables, chairs; podiums, boards; sound; lighting; fans; bells for class time; serving drinks). To manage outsourcing service contracts in accordance with the assigned scope.
- To develop relevant regulations, regulations and professional processes in accordance with the scope, functions and assigned tasks.
- To take the main responsibility or to act as the focal point in coordinating with outsourcing service units to manage UEH University’s facilities.
- To coordinate with UEH Department of Inspectorate to monitor the teaching and learning of all training courses at UEH University.
- To coordinate with UEH Administration Office in monitoring, determining fuel levels, purchasing motor vehicle physical damage insurance, purchasing and maintaining school cars.
- To coordinate with training management units to organize UEH Opening Ceremony and Graduation ceremony as assigned by UEH Board of Managers.
- To coordinate with UEH Department of Finance-Accounting in bidding activities implementation and investment project construction.
- To manage human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.
- To coordinate with UEH functional units in performing tasks arising during UEH University’s operation.
- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
