Currently, the law on MGCK activities is relatively complete in terms of legal framework. Nevertheless, no matter how strict the law is, it cannot cover all cases. Within the scope of this article, the author has generalized stock brokerage activities in Vietnam. Through the method of analysis and synthesis in accordance with the current legal regulations, including laws, decrees, and circulars, this study evaluates the remaining shortcomings in the legal regulations of the MGCK profession. Thereby, a number of recommendations and solutions are provided to supplement and to improve regulations related to stock brokerage activities in our country.
