The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the following units: UEH College of Technology and Design and enCity International Consulting Joint Stock Company; Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design (ISCM) and University-Industry Foundation, Yonsei University (YUIF); The Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design and the Institute of Economic Research, Korea University (IER) took place successfully on the afternoon of February 15, 2023 at Campus 232/ 6 Vo Thi Sau, District 3.

Attending the signing ceremony on the side of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Dr. Park Young June - Honorary Rector of UEH College of Technology and Design; Dr. Trinh Tu Anh - Director of the Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design, and Dr. Yi Dong Su - Vice Dean, School of Communication Design, UEH College of Technology and Design.

On the side of international partners who attended the signing ceremony, with the participation of Prof. Tae Yong Jung and colleagues - Yonsei University (Yonsei University); Prof. Sung Jin Kang - Korea University; Dr. Yong Gun Kim - Korea Environment Institute; on the side of enCity International Consulting Joint Stock Company, with the participation of Dr. Ho Long Phi - Deputy General Director of enCity cum Head of High Technology Division; Ms. Vuong Phan Lien Trang - Executive Director, Head of Strategic Planning Department, and other guests.

During the signing ceremony, representatives of UEH College of Technology and Design and enCity Company jointly conducted the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony, confirming the future partnership. The Memorandum of Understanding emphasizes the element of development cooperation, conducting research and training in many different fields, aiming to improve the ability to develop and explore projects in architecture, engineering, and architecture. Signing ceremony between Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design and University-Industry Foundation, Yonsei University

At the ceremony, the University-Industry Foundation, Yonsei University and, the Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design also signed a cooperation agreement to improve the quality of education and scientific research in the field of environmental technology through the promotion of cooperation for the benefit of the international community.

The signing is an opportunity for YUIF and ISCM to cooperate more effectively in many fields, training, and research activities, organizing seminars and training courses, and demonstrating ISCM's efforts in particular and UEH in general in order to bring the best values to the teaching and learning community. After the signing ceremony, both sides hope this will be a stepping stone for larger-scale cooperation between the two units.

With the desire towards bilateral cooperation and exchange to develop scientific activities, the Institute of Smart Cities and Management, UEH College of Technology and Design (ISCM) and the Institute of Economic Research, University Korea (IER) have jointly signed a cooperation agreement, marking a step forward in the cooperation relationship between the two sides.

Through working and exchanging, the two sides have agreed to jointly organize exchange and visit programs; conferences, seminars, short courses, workshops, exhibitions, and other activities in fields of mutual interest. The cooperation also creates a premise for the research and development activities of the two sides as well as improving the capacity and practical experience for learners and teaching and research staff, etc., thereby contributing to the consolidation of the knowledge base and further contribute positive development values to the community and the region.
