On the evening of Friday, November 13, the Faculty of Finance held a series of comments on Economic Events 2020 with the theme "COVID - 19 PANDEMIC: Opportunities and challenges for the "digital transformation" revolution in Finance - Banking and realities in Vietnam" to bring opportunities to in-depth insights into the advantages - disadvantages of innovation in the form of "digital transformation" of the Finance - Banking industry, along with specific impacts on Vietnam. Thereby, the contest creates an educational playground to help students actively express their personal views on the issue.

After more than a week of learning and writing comments on the topic that the Organizing Committee gave in round 1, the 3 best teams were honoured to enter round 2 to present their views at the finals night "Series of comments on Economic Events 2020".

Coming to the finals night, the program was honoured to welcome the jury of Mr. Tran Hoai Nam and Ms. Nguyen Van Thien Tam - Lecturer of the Faculty of Finance, along with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Trieu Dong - Secretary of the Faculty of Finance as a guest, teams and a large number of students came to cheer.

Entering the First Round - titled "Warm-up" - each team has 15 seconds to answer questions with key words about this year's topic. As can be seen, in this round, the teams are extremely excellent as they continuously gave the correct answers. Coming to Round 2 - teams were quick to show their reasoning and understanding to get points from "Magic Wheel" when correctly guessing each letter and key word of the crossword.

Entering the final round of competition - the "Counterargument" round, each team in turn presented their views on the topic that the Organizing Committee had given in the "Writing Comments" round, and also participate in countering the questions that Organizing Committee teachers set out. With careful preparation and convincing points, all 3 teams completed their exam well and received praise and appreciation from the Organizing Committee.

Through 3 extremely intense rounds of competition, as well as the extremely thrilling waiting time, the final result the team "DALIHU" burst with joy when winning the First Prize in the final night of "Series of comments on Economic Events 2020 - Faculty of Finance”.

The efforts of the teams, the impartiality of the jury and the enthusiastic cheers of the audience have made the finals night "Series of comments on Economic Events 2020" a great success. The program creates a wholesome playground for students to develop their ability to analyze, reason, express their opinions and make presentations and arguments. The contest also motivates and urges other students to join together to develop their own knowledge and understanding about heated issues in society.
