Opening the training course for Procurators and Inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City

On the morning of January 31, 2024, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) coordinated with the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City to organize the opening ceremony of the training course on skills to detect violations in construction contracts and in the field of real estate business for Procurators and Inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of UEH, there was Prof.Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao - Deputy Director of UEH; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training and lecturers directly involved in the program. On behalf of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, there was the presence of Comrade Pham Dinh Cuc - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Union; Comrade Nguyen Anh Thuong - Deputy Chief; with the participation of more than 80 learners who are prosecutors and inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City.

Overview of the opening ceremony

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the course, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao - Deputy Director of UEH - emphasized: “On behalf of the Board of Directors of UEH University, we would like to thank the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy in  Ho Chi Minh City for accompanying the school in training, research, and improving the qualifications of its team. In recent times, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City have also coordinated to organize training activities, and today, continuing the coordinated series, I declare the opening of the Training on skills to detect violations in Construction Contracts and in the field of Real Estate Business for Procurators and Inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City. Wishing the learners good studies and gain a lot of useful knowledge to apply in the practice at their unit."

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Dinh Cuc - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City - emphasized: "With the need to equip prosecutors and inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy with knowledge, contributing to improving efficiency in resolving civil issues, commercial business in general and in the field of real estate business in particular, with the approval of the The Supreme People's Procuracy, its leadership, and the Party Committee have agreed to invite UEH experts to participate in teaching procurators and inspectors. After a period of exchanging and developing plans and documents, today UEH University and the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City officially open training on skills to detect violations in construction contracts and in the field of Real Estate Business for Procurators and Inspectors of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City".

Comrade Pham Dinh Cuc - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City 

The course was developed with the topic: Skills to detect violations in Construction Contracts and in the field of Real Estate Business, imparting basic knowledge and handling situations that have arisen and are currently arising in reality.  

The fact that reputation and quality of training has been affirmed over the past 50 years, with many Professors and PhDs graduating from many internationally recognized schools and a deep understanding of the public sector in Vietnam and strong research capacity is a solid basis for UEH to successfully deploy training programs to provide high-quality human resources for the public sector, contributing to the country's socio-economic development.
