On September 25th 2024, UEH organized a career orientation and personal development program with the topic "INNOVATION AND CAREER MASTERY: Find Your Element and Thrive." The seminar attracted a large audience of students, offering valuable insights and essential skills for their career development journey.
The seminar featured Mr. Hà Dương Đức - CEO and co-founder of Officience, with his philosophy of "people-centered approaches" he shared valuable lessons about career development based on understanding personal values and the importance of innovation.

The seminar began with an introduction to the concepts of innovation and open innovation, which is a critical trend in the digital age. The speakers emphasized the boundaries of innovation and how business models are rapidly evolving in today’s digital world. The speakers also delved into the idea of entrepreneurship, especially in the current market context.
